Since our inception in 2017, we have specialized in the operation of complexes, compounds and apartment buildings by assisting professionals in every field with the improvement of the residential market in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are currently responsible for the operation and maintenance of around 500 housing units around Riyadh and over the past seven years we have handled the operation, renovation and rebranding of a total of 1,250 housing units. We are actively improving the quality and productivity of real estate in Riyadh, by implementing unique facilities, building a system to reduce costs, and providing the best customer service .

Our vision
Our vision is to assist in the maintenance and operation of residential properties in a professional manner to create and manage modern style homes for residents to feel comfortable in. Each property is unique; Different tenants, different requirements, different benefits, we strive to provide the best for our international customers. There is a huge demand for real estate in Saudi Arabia, and there is not much sufficient and modern supply due to the influx of expats from all over the world. Thus, this is where we bring our team in and restructure the system in a professional way.
